Simami is built around trust between customers, drivers, and the communities we serve. Everyone using the Simami platform is expected to help create a safe, respectful, and reliable experience.

Treat everyone with respect

Customers and drivers should communicate respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, threats, sexual misconduct, abusive behavior, or unwanted physical contact are not permitted.

Respect people's property

Drivers are entrusted with customer packages and must handle them responsibly. Packages must not be opened, used, altered, intentionally damaged, substituted, or taken for personal use.

Customers must not knowingly provide drivers with illegal, hazardous, unsafe, or prohibited items.

Keep interactions safe

Violence, threats of violence, dangerous conduct, weapons used in connection with threatening behavior, stalking, or other conduct that may endanger another person is prohibited.

Users should contact emergency services when immediate emergency assistance is required.

Be honest

Fraudulent accounts, falsified driver documents, false return information, payment abuse, manipulated proof of delivery, theft, or other deceptive activity are prohibited.

Follow return instructions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate return information. Drivers are expected to follow the pickup and return instructions provided through the Simami platform.

Protect privacy

Information obtained through Simami should only be used for purposes reasonably necessary to complete the service. Users should not misuse another person's address, telephone number, return documentation, photographs, or other personal information.

Respect the community

Drivers and customers should behave responsibly at homes, businesses, carrier locations, and other return destinations. Property damage, littering, abusive behavior, or unnecessary disruption is not acceptable.

Enforcement

Reports of conduct that may violate these Guidelines may be reviewed by Simami. Depending on the circumstances, Simami may issue warnings, restrict platform features, suspend an account, terminate access, or cooperate with authorities where required by law.

These Guidelines may be updated as the Simami platform develops.
