We use this information to operate the platform, connect customers with drivers, facilitate return pickups and deliveries, process payments, provide status updates and customer support, improve our services, prevent fraud, and protect the safety and security of our users.
Simami may share limited information with customers, drivers, payment processors, mapping providers, cloud-service providers, identity-verification providers, retailers, carriers, and other service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the platform or complete a requested service.
Simami does not sell personal information for monetary payment or any kind of non-monetary payment.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system, however, can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights relating to your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, or deletion.
