General Terms of Use
Simami provides a technology platform that connects customers seeking return-pickup services with independent drivers who choose to provide pickup and delivery services through the platform.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and return information and ensuring that items are eligible for return under the applicable retailer's requirements.
Drivers using Simami provide pickup and delivery services independently and are responsible for satisfying applicable licensing, vehicle, insurance, and legal requirements.
Simami is not the retailer that sold the customer's merchandise and does not control retailer return policies, return eligibility decisions, processing times, or product refunds.
Prices and applicable fees will be disclosed before a customer confirms a paid service.
Users may not use Simami to transport illegal, dangerous, hazardous, stolen, or otherwise prohibited items.
Use of Simami must comply with our Community Guidelines and other applicable policies.
Simami may restrict or suspend access to the platform where reasonably necessary to protect users, prevent fraud, enforce these Terms, or comply with law.
Third-party businesses, including retailers, carriers, payment providers, and mapping services, operate independently and may have their own terms and policies.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Simami does not guarantee driver availability, acceptance of a return by a third-party retailer, or issuance of a retailer refund.
More detailed terms applicable to customers and drivers may be presented within the Simami application and must be accepted before use of applicable services.
